Paul Cummings was hired as the Chief Operating Officer for Personify Leadership in 2022. He brings more than 25 years of operations and leadership experience, starting in the Consumer Electronics field and the past 17 years as the CEO of Strategic Adventures, where he focused on growing Adventure-Based businesses.  He has far-reaching experience in business planning and development, as evidenced by performing feasibility studies, organizational reviews, operating efficiency, and developing exceptional high-performing organizations.

In his role with Personify Leadership, he is responsible for the global operations of the company, as well as a number of other traditional COO duties. His experience and leadership have been focused on developing and delivering technology-driven business services and solutions, providing outstanding client service, and driving profitable revenue growth.

He has mapped a path to stability and growth for these service lines with a focus on operational excellence within three key areas:

• Establishing evidence-based, ROI studies for best practice programs
• Strategic planning to allow the company to scale and grow
• Creating functionally designed systems that create a Wow experience for our clients
