Group Culture Reports

This 13-page report identifies your group’s DiSC® culture and explores what that means for your group. It helps you determine and explore the advantages and disadvantages of your group’s DiSC culture, discuss its effect on group members, and examine its influence on decision-making and risk-taking. No names are shown so you can share with any group.

 

Inside the Everything DiSC®Group Culture Report

 

Sections include:

The report suggests issues to consider regarding your group’s culture and can be used during a facilitated discussion. This is often done in a follow-up session after introducing DiSC to your group. The Team View report shows the style and dot placement for each participant in your Everything DiSC® assessment group. It makes it easy to see how everyone scored and displays their names.  An at-a-glance view of an unlimited number of respondents and their individual Everything DiSC maps. Unlimited access with all Everything DiSC profiles.

The “Everything DiSC® Team View” is a valuable addition to the array of tools available for understanding team dynamics within organizations. This specialized report, known as the disc team view report, takes a simple yet comprehensive approach to dissecting the disc styles and disc profiles of individual team members. In doing so, it provides facilitators working with teams a particular view into the unique communication patterns and working styles present within the group.

 

The simple report shows a straightforward and easily digestible overview of individual patterns, allowing facilitators to quickly grasp the dynamics at play within the team. This simplicity is especially advantageous as there is no limit to the number of team members that can be included in the report. Certification in Everything DiSC®

Everything DiSC® Certification prepares facilitators to deliver engaging and impactful DiSC® learning experiences that help people work better together.

 

In this two-week immersive experience that combines live, instructor-led sessions with self-guided online learning, participants will:

 

  • – Deepen their understanding of the DiSC® model, theory, research, and key principles.
  • – Explore how to build custom solutions and deliver impactful DiSC experiences using the new Everything DiSC® on Catalyst™ learning experience.
  • – Familiarize themselves with the full Everything DiSC® application suite.
  • – Practice facilitation and coaching techniques while receiving feedback in a safe environment.
  • – Gain ongoing access to Wiley’s online training center, where they can access all the course content and connect with their fellow Practitioners and Wiley’s education specialists.

 

Upon successful completion of the exam, participants will earn the credential of Everything DiSC Certified Practitioner.
